Was cementing out some gold with copper and forgot about it, amd a bunch of copper sulfate? Chloride? Crystals formed. I can't remember for the life of me what it is called

Most likely Copper Chloride as you used HCl and oxidizer to dissolve it.
Sulfate will only be if Copper dissolved in Sulfuric acid dried out, and that is quite blue.
Copper 2 chloride is soluble in water, so add hot water and dissolve what you can, what remains will be copper 1 chloride which is soluble in Hydrochloric Acid. What is left should be what you cemented. Just to be safe, check the liquids with stannous before calling them waste.
