Hello all, i need help from someone who process this kind of chips.
This chips have some solder on pins, i can use the same process like on ceramic CPU?
Is my first time with this chips, i do not want to ruine this.

best way is straight AR processing.

i processed several kilos of them.average yield from them can be 6 g / kg. there ale also much better chips ( up to 25 g / kg )
 
Those white ceramic chips you might want to check before you destroy, they are sometimes worth a lot. People on eBay might pay more for those than what they are worth in gold, because of their collectable value.

Even the purple ones could have collector value.

Thank you Scott for your sugestion but all this chips have broken pins, the good ones i save for selling
