Commodore disk drives

Does anyone know if old Commodore disk drives have any recoverable materinal in them? 1571s and 1541s

1571's are far more valuable whole. Even a broken on is worth ~20 on the big auction site. 1541's were so expensive when they were new due to the fact that they were basically computers in an of themselves. As far as recoverable value though, nothing more than your typical DIP style IC's and associated board
