CPU processing

I have quite a bunch of CPU chips. Unfortunately, a large percentage ore the green fiber type and the pins don't want to come off even when using a propane torch. Would I be better off to just drop them in AR or poormans AR to get the gold from the gold plated pins and then crush them and treat the powder to AR? Or crush them up first and treat everything to AR? I seriously don't think that incineration would be advisable due to the fumes given off.

There is very little gold on green fiber cpu. I do not think AR is good choice. I would put them in AP bucket and forget about them for a few weeks. Then you will find few foils and bit of brown/black powder on bottom.
