Maybe the mods could build a private room and Dmitry could tell them who he trusts and who he wants to invite to that room, - then it is not too public. Just to save the synergy of multiple brains.

I understand why this was said but this forum is not where it is because of exclusion. Enough information can be released without the specifics of who and where to have some meaningful and informative discussion without excluding our members.

Makes sense. And no internet correspondence is private anyway, obviously not even Angela's mobile  *not politically meant*

Hello DmitriyQuantum,

In one of your posts you say:
My native language is russian. I dont clearly understand what help I need. May be I need advices from people, who have good experience in the gold refining processes.
Apparently you have two problems. One, the minor, is your mother language, Russian, which probably is not understood well enough by every people you are working with in your company, and the company, you represent as an authorized distributor, Agilent-Technologies. - Speaking of your company - is this in fact a company, you are owning and managing yourself, or is it a company, you are working for?
From what you have written until now, I can derive only, that your primary job in the siberian gold refinery factory, - modernization, improvement of quality control, analytical department, laboratory and supply with appropriate analytical instrumentation, - is more or less done, and therefore new challenges, namely the amelioration of the whole production-situation, are waiting for you. This seems to me to be your second, the bigger problem, to be not familiar with recovery/refining and production/process related problems.
As 4metals mentioned already, Siberia has mines yielding gold and platinum ores. One of the biggest global PGM-producers is Norilsk Nickel.

Here some probably useful links for you:

Hello everyone. Thank you for your comments and suggestions. I am co-founder of the company, which is the official distributor of Agilent Technologies (https://www.chem.agilent.com/en-US/Contact-Us/Pages/Russian-Federation.aspx). In the context of this topic it does not really matter. I talked with my friend from a gold refinery. He is ready to provide the information. Here I need your help: what information is required, what questions should I ask about the factory and processes? Thanks in advance.

I think a basic outline of the whole process from materials recieved to final product with some details of the processes used would be enough to start the discussions and ideas.

At least some gold and PGM concentrations in the feedstock and the quantity of feedstock. If it is an ore, the type of ore is important and if there is Nickel in any appreciable amounts that matters.

It also is important to know the purity desired and if the refined metal is the final product or does he desire to manufacture salts.

Then we can discuss various processing options.
