What you will learn from this is that recovery and refining is a very vast subject, there is an awful lot to learn. It is not simple, and like many complicated skills, will take time to learn.
The education learning in many ways can be more precious than the metals you can recover, and is what gives you what you need to be able to acquire the metals, recovery and refine them.
Being in a hurry to get gold will get you nowhere fast, spending time and enjoying the learning process will lead you to that gold.
You have just begun a long journey, the first part of that journey, to learn this skill, and in the beginning of your journey can be the hardest, but as you become more accustom, and the more experience you gain along your trip, the easier it gets, this journey of learning can go on for as long as it holds your interest, no one could learn it all, that is what make it so interesting there is always more to learn, and we can spend a lifetime learning, and only cover the surface.
Its is hard to do, but if you can forget about getting gold, and focus your time on learning about it, you will find that gold in your melting dish.
When we first start out we tend to focus on getting gold, and just educate ourselves towards that goal, before we know enough, we will tend to spend our money and time focused on that goal, and spend more than the gold is worth, buy chemicals and supplies we do not need, lose gold in failed experimenting, trials and errors trying things we do not completely understand yet, or have the patience with. We tend to assume, guess or believe there is more gold in an object than there is.
Education does not cure the gold fever, but it is a very big help with the symptoms.
