Hello guys
I'm new
I want to know that after dissolving gold can we use some kind of cloth for filtering the gold liquid ??
As i'm unable to find coffee filter or other filter paper..
Thanks to all

If you let the solution settle well, overnight or longer, most of the insoluble materials will settle out of solution, then you can filter the decanted or siphoned solution, you could use a small wad of clean cotton or cotton cloth in a clean funnel if you cannot find filter paper. but it may not work as well, or as good as a good filter paper will.

If you filter strong nitric solutions with cotton or cloth (or even filter paper), you need to be aware that the strong nitric acid is an oxidizer, and can make the cloth or paper very combustible, similar to gun powder when dry, so you would need to be careful as there is a possibility this material could spontaneously combust on storage...

Have you tried EBay as a source for filter papers, the filter paper will work better.
