Very happy to announce my first relatively successful recovery and melt 😃 haven't quite mastered the melt dish removal yet.

you're already 90% there. melt dish is easy. heat it all up until you get it all into a nice, molten bead. feel free to rotate the dish with a pair of tongs, until it grabs everything and absorbs it into the bead. throw on a small dash of borax, and you're "golden". good luck and happy refining!
