Gei your link to tin oxude also days

There
are also electrolyte methods
that position tin oxide as the
cathode in an electrolyte
solution. When an anode is
added and a current is
applied, the oxide can be
reversed back to tin and
then removed or dissolved.

Does this mean i can just take a
Contaminatefd sulfuric acid from
My cell and simply pick out the tin
Pieces

Thanks steyr223 rob
I would love to hear all comments

i never really thought about putting an anode directly into the metastannic acid to see if tin would deposit onto the cathode. it may be worth a try. how cool would that be? put a graphite anode on the bottom of the bucket and suspend an anode above it. even if it didnt get it all, it would still be better than nothing. who knows, it could pull all the tin out.

Now that is an fantastic idea. Any one know if it works? How would it be accomplished? I will do the experiment if some one will guide me on the how to.
