Look for the forum handbooks. They should be in Palladium's signature at the end of any of his posts.

Thanks, that is helpful. I had clicked on those pdf files before but hesitated because I get this message:

I read that they do that because you don't know the actual name of the file you're downloading, since they all say tinyurl instead. If you trust the person that did the tinyurl file, it's OK.
