In that logic you can't label the mafia as criminals, because a lot of drug users are addicts and they buy the stuff in dark back streets.

We never see reputable honest African gold dealers here on this forum, because there are official channels for that. It's the crooks that are looking for other ways.

And some are just asking for it.

Scammers will always be there if there is room to scam.

Governments of said countries do not care a whole lot that the majority of their citizens are called scammers, looking at all those activities they undertake to prevent it from happening and returning the scammed money to the rightful owners.

Real seller must accompany the shipments of the gold with this follow documents :
1. Four original of Commercial Invoices in favor of the Buyer.
2. Certificate of Origin.
3. Bank of Ghana Foreign Exchange Form A4
4. Certificate of Ownership.
5. Affidavit from Ghana High Court
6. Declaration that the product is free and clear, of non-criminal Origin, unencumbered and free of any liens, transferable and exportable.
7. Export Permit.
