Gold Plated Trading Cards

Hey guys im back with another question. I have 2 of the pokemon 23K gold plated cards. are they worth trying to recover the gold off of them. There rather simple to aquire, so if there worth de plating tyhen I could go for it. Thanks

The amount of gold plating on cards like that is such a small amount, that unless you have a lot of that type of material you would be hard pressed to even see it precipitate out of solution. Doesn't mean they are not worth something, just means you should have a lot more of that type of material before you try to recover anything worth any value from it.
