You can buy it at any hardware store (Hcl) muratic acid, concrete cleaner,
etc. Or pool supply, I personally think pool acid is higher quality since it is never yellow.

Not sure, but battery acid (sulfuric) and salt (sodium chloride) makes a weak form of HCL.

Check the MSDS from the manufacturer of the HCl. I read somewhere that one manufacturer is using Sodium Arsenate as a buffer. That's the last thing you want when digesting metal. The As is emitted as Arsine (AsH3) gas.
Take it from me, you don't want to get Arsenic poisoning.
