I don't think you will find one that does that for such a price so that you can make a profit. The sellers that do it sell it on ebay for more than it's worth.

For large volume import you could check sellers on https://www.recycleinme.com/ but I can't vouch for their trustworthiness

I agree. Ebay prices are to high and everywhere else seems to good to be true. However I have checked with dozens of suppliers or so called supplier and everyone's prices seem to be around the same. So that at least gives me hope. Here's my thoughts. Don't quote me but there's somewhere around 60 million tons of E-Scrap that goes to the dump every year. Someone some where has to have the inside scoop on who has the hook up on good material for a decent price. Iv been speaking with well known trustworthy sourcing companies all day. They will guarantee I get what I ordered and at a far price. As soon as I hear back from them I'll post what the total price is that they are going to charge me to find the material and have it shipped to me... Again with all the waste someone has to have the hook up.

The organisation i work for in my day job is huge and their electronics turnover is massive with pc's and laptops , medical devices etc being upgraded every year. The company that supplies all of this hardware also provides software etc on top. When we come to swap out the 'old' electronics for new it disappears into another arm of their company that recycles and refines it in house. Seems like a great business model to get into if you can find a big enough customer to convince them they need new hardware every year.
