Not wrong completely but in need of improvement.
It is almost always better to remove as much of the base metals as possible first. There are several methods.
Urea isn't necessary if you use the right technique.
You waste bisulfite putting it in boiling water.
The gold you recovered does not look to be very clean or fully dry. Don't be surprised if you lose considerable weight to water and impurities.
