Not wrong completely but in need of improvement.

It is almost always better to remove as much of the base metals as possible first. There are several methods.

Urea isn't necessary if you use the right technique.

You waste bisulfite putting it in boiling water.

The gold you recovered does not look to be very clean or fully dry. Don't be surprised if you lose considerable weight to water and impurities.

Can you show me the right technique so I won't use Urea. How I'm wasting the bisulfite? the gold that I recovered is not dry yet.
 
If you don't add too much nitric acid you don't need urea.

Bisulfite creates sulfur dioxide gas (the active precipitant) in water. Cold water holds more of the gas.

You need to study to get better. Here is a good place to start.
