Help with memory cards, plz

Hi.
is anyone knows good way to strip black chip and ceramic capasitors and get rid of lead from memorys cards without striping gold by chemicals not mechanical way? I have 110kg. of them. it's looks scery to do all that manualy. Any advice will be apriciated.

You can soak them in HCL till all of the components fall off.

Yes, straight HCL covered for about 3 days without stirring or agitation will release almost everything off your boards solder wise.
