HOW TO REMOVE GREEN SHADE IN COPPER ,,I HAVE 100KG COPPER LIKE THIS,WHEN I TRYING TO MELT,A SMOKE WAS CAME I CANT BREATH PLS HELP ME

The green on copper is readily dissolved with dilute sulfuric acid. It will not dissolve the copper, just the oxide film you speak of.
Please do not post in all capital letters. That is considered hollering (rude)----and is not easy to read.

only 50%green shade was gone, but the green shade was still appear

The green is a copper compound formed by exposure to the air. I clean my copper off with a few drops of HCl and a little brush scrubbing. Next I rinse the rsidue off with tap water and throughly dry the copper immediately.

Store the copper in an air tight zip lock bag.

I don't think anyone has an easy answer to cemented copper powder. It may have to be considered waste.

Steve has a way to recover your nitric acid from copper nitrate though.
