Using Hcl leaching the foil and washing by distill water
after using HCl and bleach to dissolved the gold foil.
Finally using SMB ( maybe over the amount ) to refining the gold powder.

I don't think anyone can say how pure your gold might be based on what you've told us, but based on the pictures and the fact that you feel you may have used too much SMB, I'd advise refining it again while it's still in powder form and easy to digest.

The color and cloudiness of your solutions indicates there were still a lot of base metals present, so it's likely some of those impurities ended up in your gold.

Ideally, when you dissolve your gold, you want to see a nice, clear yellow to orange/red solution. When you drop gold from a clean solution, you're likely to end up with clean gold.

Why have you got so much gold in filters ? During the normal course of recovery and refining, you usually only need to filter once, while the gold is still in solution. Washing the gold powder is difficult once you have it in a filter, and melting it is also a pain.

A more useful answer to your question is: If you recover your gold, then do a single refine, it's pretty easy to get 95% plus purity even from very dirty solutions. (As long as the solution is crystal clear before you drop the gold!) With a second refine, 99%+ is pretty easy.
