Metal Nitrates in solution

I have search this forum and Hoke's book, but could not find the answer to this question.

If I have Silver Nitrate, Copper Nitrate and Nickel Nitrate in solution, will adding a piece of copper metal only cement out the silver or can Nickel also cement out?

Silver only. Look at the position of Ag, Cu, and Ni on the Electromotive Series chart. Each metal cements only the metals below it on the chart. Ag is below Cu and, therefore, Ag will cement out. Ni is above Cu and it won't be cemented out.

Thanks. I wasn't quite sure if it was based on the metals reactivity. Make sense.
