Monolithic Capacitors

I recently bought some computer voltage regulators.Upon examination i found a large quanity of large Mono Caps.They are like a 1/4 to 3/16 square.I was wondering whast type Pms are in these and how to recover.They said they came from old servers .Probably mid to late 80's
