More information needed on these please.

Got these pretty gems here. But can't remember where i got them from. Also i cannot seem to get them off of their curcuit boards either. In the mean time just cut around them . I was wondering if anyone could help me identify these and possibly the rarity of such cpus. Im trying to decide on whether or not i should process them, sell them or even keep in the collection. Which is growing by the day! Also does anyone the yields? Any information is appreciated.

A heatgun will melt the solder and the processors will come off.

The yields are good, the lower chips being similar to, or better than a Pentium Pro depending upon YOM and exact type.
