Chemical Most Recommended HCL percentage use

I have been doing a lot of studying on gold Recovering/refining process and in my area, do not seem to get 31.5% or so HCL % as indicated in most posts and videos, my question is can I use 35% HCL concentration for most of my trying especially in the area of recovering and the refining gold processes? because the one I can get in my area is 35% HCL concentration...

I think 35% Hcl is power full fuming acid. but can be dilute it with water with formula
C1xV1=C2xV2
