what are you testing? it seemed to me to be an excessive amount of fluid for a test. im not saying theres anything wrong as i dont know what your testing for, but i never use more than a single drop of solution to test with. the package you are using seems to have a foil liner, if metalic foil comes in contact with your test it could throw your test off.
