Hello everyone, need some help to process this board, any advice?

I need to incinerate to get rid of the black epoxy?

Try smacking the epoxy with a hammer. It will usually brake away from the board.

What do you want to process on them boards?
Apart from two pieces with some small amount of fingers I cant see any other value. If you want to go after some plating under epoxy then this plating may not even cover cost of doing that job.
On the other hand - sometimes there is more gold in places where we cant see that. Your epoxy you want to get rid off is there to cover IC chip. That chip may contain gold bonding wires and some may have pins inside plated with AgPd alloy. That is where money are on your boards.

Patnor, all this boards are gold plated under the green coating, i cut from them only this pieces whit black epoxy. How you process them?

I will treat them (black epoxy points containing chips) the same way as I did in my guide for IC chips. Check my signature.
