Need Advice

i have 25kg of motherborads should i depopulate them and separately process chips,bga and pins for gold and sliver, Would it be profitable to recover gold from it or sell the whole motherboard to computer shops for profit or should i collect some more motherboards like 50kg and then process it for gold [ Im very new to this just recently started collecting e-waste]

There is little PMs in the boards themselves.
The values are in the components but depending on age and quality not easy to quantify.

In honesty when it comes to boards you need large amounts as the yield is very small per board and in modern boards the copper can have more value than the precious metals with some rarities.

would 25 - 50 boards can give good gold yield, I have seen people depopulate BGA's and get grams of gold and similarly from other components i think process 25kg of boards and buying acid and using them for recovery, Will Just give me same profit as compared to
it computer shops, also im thinking after depopulating to put the boards in crushing machine hammer use SHAKER TABLE to get the fiber and copper out of the boards what you think about this

That's the $50,000 question Mike. I'd suggest that from the boards you have shown you'd recover gold to a lesser value than you'd achieve by selling the boards whole. If you're doing it for fun, or to learn then that's perfectly fine but if you're doing it for financial purposes then stack and sell them.

im doing this for experiment i have got this boards for free so im thinking to find a ways to recycle them, {Question if the boards where PC motherboards then the output of gold recovery amount will be more?}

Hi,

You would lose money on it thats how much you will get.....first off.....you need equipment and safety gear, acids and other materials.....

My opinion is, sell the borads as they are, invest some of the money in equipment and safety gear, buy other material and repeat until you have all necessary stuff to begin your journey.....meantime read what Yggdrasil gave you and learn how its done...materials that are not free...but rather expensive

Don`t jump head first into recovery...it is not an easy hobby to do, and you can easyly get injured or die if something goes wrong....

I know you are impatient to see result, and results will come in time....if you want to have a steady situation, take the advice of people who do this for years....small steps will take you further than running...

i have seen some youtube videos where people get 5-10kg of BGA's and get 10 or more grams of gold, So do these guys have 1000kg or more kg motherboards to depopulate to get 5-10kg's of BGA or im just wrong

Many modern chips do not have Gold bond wires inside.
If they have, it comes to the lenght and amount of wires.
Some buy already separated chips/ICs other depopulate themselves.
