Need help identifying This

recently received this board, never seen one before. it has some really heavy gold plating. took a little while to scratch through to the copper. I plan on processing it by itself to see what it yields. i will post results in a few days. Is anybody familiar with these?there is this number 2482168-1

nope, but im getting ahold of the guy who brought it to me to see if he can help figure it out. i think it is telecom .
