Non-Chemical need to know how to get the silver out of the grinding dust

Were I work we grind the silver alloy off to make the final product look nice , but it is mixed with the dust from the abrasive grinding wheel dust , what I would like to know is how to process the dust to get the silver out ?

digest in nitric acid/water, 50/50. cement with clean copper buss bar. if its just silver and grit, it should yield around 99% pure.
