outa curiosity, i had my buyer scan the metal tops from some of the fiber cpu chips. he told me they were a copper nickle alloy. i think he called it "cupronickel" and offered me $2.00 / pound for them. not bad considering i was throwing them in with the steel until now.

The question is, can the nickel copper be seperated?

is it worth it?

i jumped the gun and posted this prior to looking at the spot price on nickel, so i may answer one question on my own...

thanks Ryan

you could seperate copper and nickle but would probably not be able to sell the powders, and you would spend more money than he is offering you, not to mention the time and waste generated, if you have a buyer sell EM.
