I make nitric acid using sulfuric acid from the atuo parts house and sodium nitrate. What is the mixture ratios being used?

If it contains palladium how are you all going about getting it to precipitate
out and what are you using? Thanks

You'll also need to concentrate your auto parts store acid before using it as described here:

Concentrating Sulfuric Acid

Palladium is a bit tricky to drop, but the general procedure is to concentrate the solution by evaporating, followed by addition of ammonium chloride, then heat to near boiling and add sodium chlorate.
