noobie boo boo

hello ye-all, I'm new to this so please bear with me,
i have a noobie mistake, an if anybody can help me out,
i got my ap tank all made, works great, an did a few batchs done, an on my 4th time, i made the mistake, i had put too much h2o2 in the batch, thinking that i would speed things up, " i know my bad" an it desolved or to thar effect.
i would like to know how to recover my au, out of the salution,
if anybody can help,

If any gold went into solution because of excess peroxide, as soon as the AP is saturated with copper, the Au shall cement.

It will be with the sediment at the bottom.

look for the dark powder in the bottom of the container.if the solution isnt deep green yet you may have to add some copper till it gets saturated, or just add more pins,fingers or gold plated whatever.
