The ones that look like this. I have been putting them in the same bucket as my flatpacks. Was this a mistake? Can I still incenerate them along with the flatpacks? It seems that some other threds reccomend using HCL to remove the solder then AP to remove the traces.

only a small percentage of the gold is on the green base. the majority of the gold in those particular chips is in the black resin top with the silicon chip. its a different process than flatpaks.
 
I was hoping you wern't going to say that. I just found your other posts on how you process them.

Now that I have 5lbs of a flatpack and north/southbridge mix....I'll have to sort them and read some more.

Another rookie mistake, that I learned while reading Hoke - Know your material.
