palladium plating, turn black

Hi, I am Hassan.
I have just graduated and I am interested in making plating solutions. I recently made a palladium plating solution but it turns the silver surface black. This is really bad. I have done this many times and each time I have revised the type of solution I made but it turns black again. Can anyone help? Thanks
