There are two versions of this type of chip, pinned or BGA.
There are no gold bond wires so yields on these are very low. The pinned version is slightly better as most of the gold is on the pins as plating.
Your pictures show the BGA style.

I agree. That is a "flip-chip" and has no PM value.
