I expect someone who's been here longer than me to come along in about 4 hours and tell you this: "it'd be cheaper to just go and buy 1 gram bars. 1 gram is impossible to pour, but not impossible for a major operation to roll a sheet to specific thickness then stamp out a size that is exactly 1 gram, which there are already places that do that and sell to you."
