hello dear members
can someone guide mee about the process under which pgm group metals are seperated (deplated) from catalytic converter ceramic blocks???in case that the ceramic block will disolved to HCL at 25oC then pgm metals will be seperated???

Atenon20 we will not spoon feed new members here for many reasons but the main one been that most of the questions asked have been covered many times. The other reason is we want you and any other new member to have a good grasp of the chemistry involved because if you don't you will be asking questions all the way through that you should know the answers to yourself.
Try to understand we aren't unhelpful but we expect new members to read and study the subject so we all use the same basic terms and understand what's been discussed.
Do you understand the need for stannous chloride?
If the answer to that question is no or what is that, you really need to put some time in and read until you have a basic understanding of recovery and refining of precious metals.
Your interest in convertor refining may be short lived when you discover it's not the easiest to get a full recovery and if your paying anywhere close to the values paid by the big boys you won't make any money.

Ceramics are not dissolved by HCl.
