reverse electroplating. power source

I am researching sulphur cell but having a few issues with the process. The main issue is findi g an appropriate power supply. Any insight would be much appreciated.

How big a cell, what kind of through put are you looking at?

Many people use many different things..

I have read/seen people use:
Car battery chargers
Adjustable dc power supplies (variacs?)
A PC powersupply
An old cellphone charger (dont think thats best though, at all)

I wouldn't exceed 5 Amps per gallon of solution. Otherwise, it will overheat and cause all sorts of problems.
