Non-Chemical ? Seasoning a Melting Dish

Some where along the line in all the reading I have done on this forum I read where someone mentioned that they had just received & properly seasoned a melting dish purchased from lazersteve – but – nothing was said about how to - & I haven’t seen any other mention about seasoning Steve’s melting dish’s before using them.

So – what do I have to do to season the 2 melting dish’s I recently purchased from Steve before I use them for melting?
