One key to success in refining is knowing everything about your business, that doesn't mean doing everything but knowing how everything is done is essential. P3M should know (I am assuming it is his business) what analytical techniques are being used when he has to pay on the assays. I would never have a chemist working for me and using secret methods, what happens if he quits? Do you shut your doors?
