STUFF left after hcl/cl

See the photo what is all this silverish stuff? solder or what? This is a mass of residue left after acid peroxide adn then hcl/cl when filtering my hcl/cl to get my aucl

What was the material you were processing?Chances are this was a contaminant on that material.

Could be one or a combination of tin, lead, silver chloride.

Very likely it's copper I chloride and will dissolve in straight 31.45% muriatic acid.
