Sun Ultrasparc processors. Anybody have some data on them?

So I have over three pounds of these pinless ceramic chips. All the lids are knocked off, just the chip left. Anybody have any data on content? I can post a pic later.

Yep they are diabolical.

Not a lot gold in them as far as I know. I've seen some numbers once and it was really low compared to other ceramic CPU:s and I think even compared to pinless P4 cpu:s.

You would have gotten more for them if you had kept the lids and sold them to collectors.

No thanks. I don't have that kind of time to invest in them right now. Seen them sell on ebay for a buck. Nope.
