Upon reading/scanning through the article, I think this one is a bit involved
for the hobby small scale refiner.

You could add which is the least hassle, which makes disposal of waste simplest and safest to use to the list Ygg.
Good practises for cleaning will put selective further down the list of importance if we are talking about gold.

Well on the good side it is reusable so the waste stream from precipitating will be less.
But to initial leach liquor will still be needed to treated anyway wont it?

Most of us do not have access to Toluene and vacuum dryers either.
So my initial thought is: Interesting but not practical for me.

If you're talking about the B then yes I agree. The C is really simple. It's simply interesting to see the range of possibilities.
