Since it's starting to get rather cold here in Ontario I thought I would post a question. How would freezing affect, HCl/H20 (for solder removal), AP, HCl/CL and the stockpot? The only storage I have is a tent like storage shed no way to heat it. I can heat my solutions up to a point, but with them sitting outside for 24 hrs to do their job, the will get mighty cold.

You can find an old freezer box or build an insulated box, put a light bulb in the box for heating, just be careful not to create a fire danger.
Mini shed with heat lamp and thermostatic cord plug.
Immersion fish tank heater will work for a while but eventually fail from acidic fumes, maybe you can incase a stock tank immersion heater in glass.
Strip, pad, or blanket bucket heaters that wrap around bucket also work well.
Small lots plate warmers and glass vessels.
Crock-pots.
Just about anything that can supply a little heat and keep it in and is controllable, and safe.

i use coffee pot hot plates with a dimmmer switch instaled on a line for temp control and most glassware i use fits on it pretty good i cut the top part off. they will burn out after a while cause of the acids but they are cheap mine come from garage sales or good will.

Are there any unforseen problems leaving my stockpot and my AP buckets (5 gallon buckets, each 2/3 filled) outside during the cold winter? They will be isolated, "double bucketed" and also enclosed in an outdoor covered bin (not heated) far away from the house and people?

Besides from them freezing I don't foresee a problem.

A quick Google search shows 31% freezing at around -50F., 15% at around 0F. . So acid strength will affect freezing point. Obviously warmer temps will speed reaction. An insulated polystyrene jacket could be taped together, and would require very little heat input. Maybe even as little as a 5 watt bulb. As usual, fire prevention is of utmost importance. keep clearance of bulb from all flammable areas. Maybe over build size of insulation box for proper clearances. If lids are kept tight, fumes will have the least affect to materials and wiring.

An aquarium heater can help a lot. And as mentioned light bulbs of various sizes can be used depending on the weather.
