Test Clarification Please

I am running some tests on concentrates, and would like a Clarification of the results please.

Sorry Oz left that out, the material was 1 level teaspoon of 50 mesh concentrates, i boiled them in a weak lye solution filtered and then boiled in water, filtered and then added HCL and .05ml HNO3 to see if gold is present. Test on swabs did not show anything with stannous so i took a sample and placed in the tube on the right added 1 drop of stannous and the left is plain water. Held it up to a tissue and i then seen the color change. So is this a positive for gold.
