Hi Guys
So, I have mentioned that I am TOTALLY new at this. I am still in the process currently of stripping off components, pins etc, and I have already gained heaps of knowledge from your experience, thanks! Now, my question is this. Once I have everything stripped, where do I begin!? I am going to be focusing mainly on gold recovery. Looking forward to reading your replies! Have an awesome weekend.

your so a newb that im glad to answer
all this material will be treated differently lol
put your finger in one jar
your pin with no solder in one jar
your pin with solder in one jar
your cpu in many different jar

and start to read a lot lol

you should start to do a search with the search engine top right of the page on: finger and AP

have fun

collect and sort. it takes (on average) 100-150 desktop computers to make and ounce of gold (depending on vintage and state of towers, added parts, missing parts).that is seriously a lot of material.
