Hi, I am new to this forum and this business. I am from India and want to start this business as I have been doing research for about 6 months now and I think that I've gathered enough information to start the process. I want to start with the trimmed ram fingers. Is anyone from India here? It would be beneficial if you could guide me in this process from sourcing the materials to getting the results. Thank you.

Welcome.
It is customary to introduce oneself in the introduction thread.
Anyway, our biggest hurdle is to get material to process, that goes for most of us.

Here are some links to study:

We ask our new members to do 3 things.
1. Read C.M. Hokes book on refining jewelers scrap, it gives an easy introduction to the most important chemistry regarding refining.
It is free here on the forum: https://goldrefiningforum.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=54&t=19798
2. Then read the safety section of the forum: https://goldrefiningforum.com/forums/safety.47/
3. And then read about "Dealing with waste" in the forum: https://goldrefiningforum.com/threads/dealing-with-waste.10539/
