What cpu is this please

Hi guys I am thinking about buying these could someone give me some data on them

Certainly those are DEC Alpha processors. Good yields too, you would would be pretty safe to estimate around 0.3g each. The cards they are attached to have some PM value too both in the fingers and the on board chips, and there is the small amount of Tantalum too in the Tantalum bearing components.
