ok I am looking for the melting point of solder and silver solder both
I am thinking about making a solder removal oven for Boards and need to know what temps I am looking to reach to melt to a flowing point ?

Hi M-G-P:

Go to web site "wikipedia.org" and search solder.

There are 16 different types of solder and the melting points varies from 118C degrees to 228C degrees. You just need to figure out the ones you want.
