Hi

I found several kilos of these boards at a scrap dealer. What type of boards are these ?
Are they worth processing for PM recovery and are they worth for around 20$ a kg. Each board weighs appx. 400 gms.

Regards

Rajiv

Ericson or Nortel telecom? Based on what I have sold similar types in the past, the price may be ok. Picture is a bit too small to see what kind of components they may have as gravy. Hope others can chime in.

Actually these pics were clicked by a mobile phone..sorry for the previous pics, I've clicked some more

Here are some more from the same lot but they are thicker and the base metal is copper

Looks like a very pretty RF amp or some kind of amplifier, any to get a part number off the top on one of the things in the middle with the white top?

I was thinking the same thing that it is some type of amplifier board.

Any pointers how should I process these, assuming that the base metal is copper, should i go in for Acid peroxide process or some other process ?

If it were me I guess I would unsolder everything , soak it in HCl for a while then on to AP. I am curious about those mosfets and that one thing that is marked SDP might be a directional coupler for fwd/rev power measurements .
