Where to (or do you ) buy sodium Metabissulfite ?

Hello there I'm almost running to gold refining have some chips and gold filed material ill use Poor Mans' recipe (some day hope to use Rich Men's recipe) well i bought a blow torch capable of 1910ºC and HCl i now must buy SMB and sodium nitrate does anyone have a clue where to find them ( (type of store type of product that may contain it)
can SMB be substituted?
and ... with this recipe I'll dissolve gold from mentioned items and them purify it isn't so? about other metals that could appear, do they mix with gold? are they separated in the final 12 or 14 turn??? if so it final purity is ~24 correct???

AR dissolves all the metals the gold dissolves last. SMB drops the gold from the liquid solution only after the nitric is removed.

Wine making or brewing suppliers carry SMB.

Shop locally if you can.
