Frankly, if you have to ask it isn't likely going be profitable. Start with a pound, maybe two, and keep notes. Your skills and methods will determine what you can get from the material. From this you can improve your methods and skills, determine what you can pay for material and not go broke buying it. Start small and work your way into it, many find that it is to hard, to time consuming or just not for them after investing heavily in it.

This is very low yield scrap you show..
The time and cost pretty much not worth the result. But can be a source of method training.
I have noticed but not tested, the super thin IC's memory FPGA older the better and BGA results are the best.
There is a huge post from I think Tzoax.
Please read this post super helpful on ic chip yields and methods:
HERE!

Here's a picture of older FPGA type chips. I believe from old hard drives late 1990's to early 2000. Notice very thin flat pack.
The method used to show the internals:
Dremel a little bit of the center of IC.
Put a few drops of sulfuric, let it react. (Bubbling and vapors).
Wash it off.
Safety is always of high concern.
Wet ashing or use of sulfuric on IC plastic material is not a method to use, it can run away and is very hazardous.
Do this in a ventilated area fume hood or outdoors will work.

EDIT ADD: These may be much older than I thought. I received them in a batch of several hundred pounds of IC's back in around 2005.
